MK Indy Zetec - (Q84 OCP)

2007 MK Indy with just under 9000 miles finished in yellow and carbon.

Ive had this since September 2016 and am only selling as I dont really use it and want to use the money to fund another car.

When I bought it is was mechanically sound but was just bit tatty, and I have spent a considerable amount of time and money making it look and drive like it should.

It comes with a large folder of documents, including details of the original build.

Heres a list of the current spec:

Ford 2.0 Zetec with Honda bike carbs running a Megajolt ECU.

Tuned by Bogg Brothers to around 160hp.

Stainless steel exhaust produces some lovely pops and bangs on overrun.

For MT75 5sp gearbox.

Ford Sierra Cosworth LSD.

Full MK roll cage.

15” Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 with Lotus centre caps.

R888R rear tyres - R888 front tyres. Plenty of tread left.

Protech adjustable coil overs.

Small alcantara steering wheel with Lotus horn button.

Sabelt harnesses.

Carbon fibre seats.

Carbon fibre dashboard.

Carbon fibre front and rear arches.

Carbon fibre panel where exhaust exits. (This is genuine F1 carbon fibre!)

Carbon effect mirrors with built in indicators.

Carbon effect front repeaters.

Since I bought it I was completed the following work:

Brand new front and rear callipers. Standard Sierra rears and Wilwood Powerlight up front.

Brand new disks and pads all round.

Brand new drive shafts and CV joints.

Brand new brake pressure switch.

Brand new temperature sensor.

Brand new oil pressure sensor.

Brand new Stack oil pressure and water temperature gauges.

Brand new clutch cable.

Brand new throttle cable.

Brand new fuel cap.

Brand new gear knob.

Brand new gear and handbrake gator.

Brand new 7” headlights.

Covered the rear panel in carbon fibre effect vinyl.

I made a new transmission tunnel cover from aluminium sheet and covered in carbon fibre effect vinyl.

Replaced all the rivets in the back panel and centre console with rivnuts and black and gold fasteners to allow easy access.

The car didn’t handle particularly well when I got it so spent some time setting this up. It now handles superbly, with great turn in without being to twitchy and its set soft enough to cope with the majority of the rough UK roads.

Theres pretty much nothing left to do on this car and I just use it for the occasional Sunday run out.
