Mazda MX-5 MK 2 1.8 TD04 Turbo Exhaust Manifold

Cast manifold to fit a Mazda MX-5 1.8 mk 2. This turbo manifold is designed to be used with a TD04L 13t turbo from a Subaru Imprezza. It is produced by using the latest casting techniques. Its CAD design allows for super smooth gas flow resulting in quicker spool up from the turbo and more power throughout the rev range. With a wall thickness of 7mm, combined with being cast from an alloy containing 35% Nickel, this makes for an extremely durable piece of kit. Both mating surfaces are machined to ensure a perfect seal and also relief cut to allow for thermal expansion.

This product is for the Mazda mk 2 (1.8 only) may require some minor trimming of the chassis lip next to the turbo compressor to allow for clearance.
