These CSR Style Pre Preg Carbon Front Cycle Wing Mudguards are designed for any Lotus 7 replica kit car. They will fit your Caterham, Westfield, Indy, Haynes Roadster, Locost, Ron Champion etc.
These are made using a pre-impregnated carbon fibre and oven baked process which prevents any distortion in the carbon weave and air bubbles. It is made using a vacum bag and oven which removes air bubbles. To obtain weight saving over regular fibreglass, they are just a single layer of carbon fibre (as you can see in the pictures).
Please do not confuse these with cheap "wet lay" alternatives.
If you want a super lightweight carbon fibre wheel arch with no weave distortion, this is the product for you. If you are looking for a show car finish on your wheel arches, this is the product for you.
The internal dimensions of the CSR Style Carbon Front Cycle Wing Mudguards measure 220mm wide x 815mm long. These are the same width as the smaller 13" CSR front wings.
For those of you trying to strip weight from your race car, each of these wheel arches weigh approx: 380g.
Note : When entering the IVA u clip edging will need to finish off the edges so the vehicle does not fail on sharp edges.
